Overview
“A Phase 3 Randomized, Open-label Study of Pasritamig (JNJ-78278343), a T-cell-redirecting Agent Targeting Human Kallikrein 2, With Docetaxel Versus Docetaxel for Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer”
Researchers are studying whether adding romiplostim to standard treatment with prednisone/prednisolone helps adults who have recently been diagnosed with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). ITP is a condition in which the immune system destroys platelets, increasing the risk of bleeding. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either romiplostim plus prednisone/prednisolone or prednisone/prednisolone alone. The study will evaluate how well the treatments improve platelet counts, reduce the need for additional ITP treatment, improve quality of life, and assess safety over approximately one year.
