Overview
“ROSETTA Lung-202: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Phase 3 Study of Pumitamig Monotherapy Compared to Pembrolizumab as First-line Treatment in Participants with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with PD-L1 ≥ 50%”
This study is testing a new medicine called pumitamig to see if it works better than pembrolizumab for people with advanced non‑small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have high PD‑L1 levels (≥50%).
About 750 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either pumitamig or pembrolizumab by IV every 3 weeks. The study is double‑blind, so neither you nor your doctor will know which treatment you are getting.
Researchers want to find out which treatment helps people live longer, prevents the cancer from growing, improves symptoms, and is safe. Safety will be closely monitored by an independent committee throughout the study.
