MemorialCare’s Orange County entities were once again named 2022 Top Workplaces by The Orange County Register – the only health system, hospitals and medical group listed among all the honorees in Orange County.
The selection of MemorialCare Shared Services marks the 10th time the health system earned this honor, the 12th consecutive year for MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center in Fountain Valley, the fifth consecutive year for MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center in Laguna Hills, and the fifth consecutive year for MemorialCare Medical Group. MemorialCare Shared Services was ranked seventh, Orange Coast Medical Center and its sister hospital Saddleback Medical Center were ranked 12th and 14th respectively, and MemorialCare Medical Group was ranked 16th in the Large Companies category. The award is based on feedback from anonymous surveys of tens of thousands of employees in hundreds of businesses throughout Orange County.

Earlier this year, Orange Coast Medical Center and Saddleback Medical Center again took the first and third spots respectively in The Orange County Register Best of Orange County Hospital category, where readers vote for favorite places and services; and MemorialCare Medical Group has earned a spot in the top three in each of the six years The Orange County Register survey has included a medical group category.
