Orange Coast, Saddleback & Long Beach Medical Centers Voted Region's Best Hospitals; MemorialCare Medical Group Named Best Doctor Group
MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center and MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center again took the top two spots in the Orange County Register's "Best of Orange County" competition that asks readers to vote for their favorite services and places. MemorialCare Medical Group landed in the top two in the Medical-Dental Group Category along with Edinger Medical Group located on Orange Coast's campus and affiliated with MemorialCare Medical Foundation.
This is the second year Orange Coast Medical Center in Fountain Valley ranked first and fifth year it appeared among Orange County's top three hospitals in the Orange County Register readership vote. Saddleback Medical Center in Laguna Hills gained the top spot three of the last five years, this year ranking in the top two.

Additionally, it was named among America's 50 Best Hospitals and honored as a Truven Health Analytics Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospital in the U.S. It has appeared on the Becker's Hospital Review and Thomson Reuters' lists of America's Best Hospitals and also received an "A' grade from The Leapfrog Group for excellence in hospital safety.
