Comprehensive community health center will provide access to primary and specialty physicians, x-ray, laboratory, mammography and other services—all in one convenient location.
MemorialCare has just broken ground to begin construction on its new 26,000 square foot, comprehensive health center in Rancho Mission Viejo scheduled to open in summer of 2019. During construction, patients have access to an interim Health Center in Rancho Mission Viejo and Urgent Care Center in San Juan Capistrano.
Comprehensive Health Services in One Location
In partnership with MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center and MemorialCare Medical Group, the new location will offer a wide range of primary care and specialty care services. These include family physicians, pediatricians, specialty physicians, nurses, medical assistants and support per¬sonnel. Additional patient offerings include on-site x-ray and laboratory services, breast screening mammography, cardiology, and more, making it an easily accessible, convenient, one-stop health center to serve those living and working in surrounding communities.

Full Service Care Available During Construction
During construction patients have access to an interim office and nearby urgent care center that will meet their health care needs while the new facility is being completed.
As the exclusive provider of medical services, MemorialCare Medical Group–Rancho Mission Viejo currently offers primary care and walk-in services at its temporary health care facility located next to Gelson’s in Sendero Marketplace at 30707 Gateway Place, Suite A-2.
Patients also have easy access to urgent care services at MemorialCare’s San Juan Capistrano office located at 31001 Rancho Viejo Road, Suite 200—just three miles from Sendero Marketplace.
In support of an active, outdoor lifestyle favored by many local residents, MemorialCare will be partnering with Ranch Life community association to offer health education seminars on a variety of topics such as diet, exercise and preconception planning, as well as sponsoring Ranch Life community events.
Most Health Plans Accepted
MemorialCare Medical Group accepts most HMO, PPO, EPO, POS and several Covered California plans, as well as Medicare, Tricare, Medicare Advantage and Supplemental plans. New patients are being accepted. The health center on Gateway is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.
