The path to shareholder/partner status

MemorialCare Medical Group physicians are eligible to be considered for shareholder/partner status after two years of full-time employment. Shareholders have a say in the governance of the group, hold voting privileges, have opportunities to run for board of directors positions, chair committees, and can be considered for leadership opportunities. To help you on your path to shareholder status, you’ll be matched with a Clinical Mentor and a Shareholder Mentor  right from the start. Check-ins with your facility medical director, your mentors, and our Integration Committee help make sure you’re positioned for success.

Our MCMG The Wellness Committee’s mission is to identify factors that can contribute to physician inefficiencies and exhaustion, create a system for support and guidance to better integrate new physicians into MCMG, and help address the needs and concerns of physicians which may be negatively impacting overall wellness.
