Leila Yoonessi, M.D., is the medical doctor at MY Pediatrics and Respiratory Care Clinic. Certified by the Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Yoonessi has been practicing Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonary medicine in Long Beach for 4 years. She graduated from New York Medical College and completed her residency at the University of Southern California Los Angeles County Medical Center. She completed her pediatric pulmonary fellowship at the MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women's Hospital Long Beach.

Dr. Leila Yoonessi is a part of the Miller Children’s & Women's and St. Mary’s Medical Center pediatric departments. Her practice focuses on community empowerment, community engagement, patient education, preventative medicine, and respiratory care. Her special interests include community advocacy, garden based nutrition programs, holistic medicine, integrative medicine, community partnerships and evidence-based medicine.
