About
Board certified in Family Medicine, Yvonne Rodriguez, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles in 2009. This was followed by completing a three-year residency program with Kaiser Permanente’s Orange County Family Medicine.
Additionally, Dr. Rodriguez has certification in Addiction Medicine and has been active on several committees that work to address this important issue. She also has a strong interest in Women’s Health and Transgender/LGBT Health.
When not taking care of patients, Dr. Rodriguez enjoys traveling abroad, engaging in sports such as running and bowling, working with animal rescue organizations, World War II history and cosmetology.

Never fails to make me feel my concerns are her concerns as well. Dr Rodriguez may seem to be pressed with time due to numbers of patient she has to see daily but I never felt rushed. Always have time to ask and listen to my concerns. She’s very professional, knows her stuff and very personable. I have recommended her to a certain doctor I worked with looking for a family doctor and they were pleased as well as to how they were taken cared of. Such a blessing to the facility and I’m sure everywhere she goes caring for people.

As a new patient, I felt heard. All the concerns with my current health were immediately addressed. Dr. Rodriguez made my visit comfortable in knowing that I can trust her expertise. Office staff were super friendly as well. Happy New Year!

Was roomed in shortly after I arrived. Dr. Rodriguez knew me by name and asked how my son was doing. She remembered that he has been a handful for the last few years. She asked about my elderly parents and seemed genuinely interested. Receiving care from a caring provider is fantastic.

She accused me of rolling my eyes at her and having anxiety over my health concerns and googling a diagnosis when really I just want to know what is wrong. This was a follow up to urgent care abnormal and borderline test results requested by the urgent care NP to see my primary care doctor. She made me feel like my concerns are invalid. She demanded I change primary care doctors without asking me. It felt like she did this because she accused of rolling my eyes at her. It was so unnecessary and unprofessional to go after a patient who has ongoing illness and seeking care. I’ve been in tears about it

I would not recommend this Dr.This was my first appoint with Dr. Rodriguez and it was very rushed. I had certain questions about symptoms and she wrote down the wrong information. After that visit I called several times and tried making a follow up appointment to go over the lab results and notes. I kept being told that she was unavailable or on vacation. She never got back to me and I could not get in touch with her. I would not want to be in the care of this physician and be wrongly diagnosed. I would not recommend this Dr.
