About
Dr. Hart started on the road to becoming a physician by earning his Bachelor degree at California State University Fullerton. After obtaining his medical degree, he completed his internship and residency at Oklahoma University Family Medicine Center where he was honored as Intern of the Year in 2004 and Chief Resident in 2006.
I get great satisfaction from the relationships I build over the years with my patients. That’s the best part of primary care, having the opportunity to work with my patients to help them achieve their best possible health.
An avid surfer and snowboarder, Dr. Hart is happy to be back in Southern California. He and his wife enjoy listening to music, “actual LPs,” and he is a fan of saltwater aquariums.

Dr Jason Hart listens to a patient's problem and history and acts with urgency. This is very much appreciated by me since often the pain associated with an injury in my case can create other issues if left untreated such as high blood pressure or falling. Not all doctors have his ethics of action over talk. He will not allow you to suffer needlessly. He is very knowledgeable. Memorialcare should prize him as one of their top doctors. I highly recommend him. Super doctor. Give him a big raise!

Dr Hart was warm and friendly. He actually felt my glands on my neck to diagnose my symptoms. It seems some doctors are afraid to. Gave me a RX for an inner ear infection and possibly sinus. If I didn’t have a great primary I would consider him!

His manner was professional, yet not cold, eased me through the diagnosis process with gentle precision follwed by a recommended treatment regimen which after only three days, has resulted in positive results toward healing. Since this was a new, uncomforatble health event at 84 years of age, I was encouraged that his diagnosis was true, the treatment when followed would be positive, which provided peace of mind toward recovery.

Highly recommend Dr Jason Hart.Front desk lady was nice and polite so was the nurse. Doctor Jason Hart is very friendly and was easy to talk to. The waiting time was normal and the place is clean.

Fast mental healing and treatment plan to followWalked in without an appointment. So had about a 30-45 minutes wait. Once taken back to room by nurse for vitals and description of problem, doctor Hart was in and examined problem, explained what it was and what happens next. Very comforting, listening, and explaining treatment by doctor.
