About
Dr. Shon received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Bioengineering at the University of California at San Diego with postgraduate research in Biophysics at the California Institute of Technology (CALTECH). He received his medical degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons and completed his postgraduate residency training at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and New York Orthopaedic Hospital. With an interest in Shoulder & Elbow Surgery, Dr. Shon completed specialty fellowship training in Hand/Upper Extremity & Microvascular Surgery at the University of Washington and Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
His office provides comprehensive evaluations including a full range of Orthopaedic services including:
- Upper Extremity Sports Injuries
- Arthroscopy Arthritis Treatment
- Joint Reconstruction
- Trauma & Post-Traumatic Reconstruction
- Pediatric & Congenital Anomalies of the Upper Extremity
- Peripheral Nerve Injuries
