Terence J Chu, MD

Dr. Chu received his medical degree and completed his pediatric residency at the University of California, Irvine. A SOCPA physician since 2001, he has a special interest in infectious diseases, vaccines and athletics.

Dr. Chu is a member of the Saddleback Medical Center Credentialing Committee.

Dr. Chu attends Rock Harbor Church in South Orange County. His hobbies include working out, basketball, running, coaching track and field, watching movies, relaxing with his family and friends, and most of all, spending quality time with his son, Ryan.

“It is a joy to see children grow and mature and to be a part of that process. Additionally, I hate to see kids ill and therefore feel responsible to both help prevent and treat disease in children.”
