This is a randomized, phase 3 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of replacing vincristine with the ROR1‑targeted antibody‑drug conjugate zilovertamab vedotin in combination with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (R‑CHP) versus standard R‑CHOP in adults with previously untreated diffuse large B‑cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
