MemorialCare is proud to be the official health care partner of Long Beach State Athletics, bringing health awareness and education to the Athletics and broader Long Beach community, which we have deep roots in. In our new partnership with Long Beach State Athletics, we look to emphasize the mantra of “One Community. One Team.”
There are various reasons we believe in this statement so strongly. For decades, MemorialCare and Long Beach State have worked together to overcome health inequities and transform health education through our graduate residency program at Long Beach Medical Center. Innovative work force training has already impacted MemorialCare in a positive way with over 800 current employees being CSULB graduates. Furthermore, the teaching clinic on campus scheduled to open Spring 2026 will bring additional resources and opportunities for students and the community to receive high-quality care and training.
