I would say it’s harder to convey empathy and concern via a virtual visit, but during my entire visit she was able to convey these two things. She listened, she asked questions, and she involved me in treatment planning. I didn’t feel like “the next zoom call” or “the next patient” I felt like “her patient” and I appreciate that.
