Stephan Yang, PT

Stephan Yang, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist in the state of California who is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to help patients return to the activities they love. He relocated to Orange County from Santa Monica and began his academic career at the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior. During his undergraduate studies, Stephan discovered his passion for physical therapy, which inspired him to pursue a career focused on movement, performance, and rehabilitation.

Stephan completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Chapman University. He brings a comprehensive and individualized approach to patient care, integrating advanced clinical training with a strong foundation in functional movement and strength-based rehabilitation.

His professional certifications include Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Certified Provider (Smart Tools), Graston Technique Provider, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Functional Movement Taping and Performance Kinesiology Taping through RockTape, Certified in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) through the Gray Institute, and Champion Performance Specialist (C-PS) through Mike Reinold.
