About

Dr. Sharaf wanted to be a Cardiologist because he wanted to help people overcome complex, life-threatening illnesses. Heart attacks require a quick, critical response to save a patient's life.

“I feel rewarded when I am able to make a difference in their lives and daily activities.” “My patients are part of my 'family' and I provide them with my best care and advice.”

Dr. Sharaf received his medical degree from the University of Cairo in Egypt in 2011. He completed his residency in Internal at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, Michigan in 2015. He successfully completed two fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
