Jesus Valadez, MD, grew up in a family of doctors. From a young age, he envisioned his life path would follow the medical field as he both enjoyed helping people and had a passion for the science behind the medicine. He is a California native, but spent considerable time in Mexico and therefore became fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Valadez enjoyed the diversity of his education, as he graduated from San Diego State University, moved on to Harvard Medical School in Boston, and then completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. He and his wife, who is a medical school classmate, then moved back to New York City where he worked in private faculty practice for Cornell Medical College in the Upper West Side. Dr. Valadez and his family of four eventually moved back home to California to practice medicine.
Dr. Valadez enjoys formulating effectice medical plans for his patients based on individual background and experience. In addition to his medical education, he has also gained knowledge and experience on several volunteer medical trips to Columbia, Mexico, Tanzania and Central America. He thrives on improving patient health by connecting with them through his diverse life experiences and enjoys enhancing their understanding of medical issues.

Dr. Valadez balances his work-life with spending time with his wife and two olders teens, enjoying traveling, cooking, soccer and boating.
