About
I chose a career in medicine because I wanted to help people improve their lives and family practice gives me the opportunity to care for people at any stage of life, from infancy to adulthood.
Dr. Bare joined MemorialCare Medical Group in 2005, as one of our urgent care providers. Being board certified in family medicine, he transitioned into family practice in 2017. Growing up in South Orange County, Dr. Bare attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine, followed by an internship and residency at Harbor UC Los Angeles Medical Center.
He enjoys working with his patients and seeing them become empowered to make a difference in their own health. When he is not in the office, you may find him participating in triathlons or cycling. He also is devoted father of three children and enjoys playing worship music at his church.

Dr. Bare and his assistant Mona are outstanding. It's a pleasure to see them and their office is well organized, friendly and helpful. When I come for my appointment, they are always right on time and I rarely have to wait much.

Ian Bare is a hack with a god complex. I wouldn't let him treat my dog. I saw him one time my regular Dr was out of the office,never agaln
