James J. Krueger, MD

"Chest medicine is a complex and diverse practice of clinical medicine. In order to be a good clinician of chest medicine one requires a working knowledge of the interaction between the lungs, heart, and great vessels. Through preparation that included residency in Internal Medicine, Chief Resident in Internal Medicine, Fellowship in pulmonary disease/critical care, and 15 years of private practice, I have both the knowledge and experience to diagnose and care for complex medical conditions. My special areas of interest include discovering the reason for shortness of breath, chronic cough and difficult to control asthma. Over the past 10 years, I have held the positions of Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Long Beach Memorial Medical Center; Fellow American College of Physicians and American College of Chest Physicians; Assistant Clinical Professor Division of Pulmonary Disease, California College of Medicine, University of California, Irvine."
