Meet the trauma team from MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children's & Women's Hospital at the City of Lakewood's annual Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Expo.
Attendees of all ages can learn lifesaving Hands-Only CPR and Stop the Bleed techniques while connecting with local first responders and learning more about emergency preparedness resources available throughout the community.
Families will learn:
- Hands-Only CPR
- Bleeding control techniques
- Emergency response basics
- How to be prepared for medical emergencies at home and in the community
