I have been a patient of MemorialCare for more than 25 years.
I am excited to have the opportunity to be a volunteer on the Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) as a patient advocate by attending workshops, meetings and working with staff to enhance the patients’ experience.
An example of providing excellent patient experience is MemorialCare’s “MyChart” patient portal. It is very easy to use and allows the patient to communicate with their doctor, make appointments, request prescription refills and see test results, with many new features planned for the future.
