With MemorialCare Virtual Exam Kit you can get a diagnosis and treatment for many common conditions, including stomach aches, allergies, sinus pain, bug bites, ear infections, pink eye, fevers, rashes, cold and congestion.
Using your wi-fi connection and a smartphone or tablet, download the myChart and TytoCare apps.
Launch an On-Demand Video Visit from myChart and choose a TytoCare visit.

To learn more about the TytoCare Virtual Exam Kit, please visit this page. To register for your free device, add the order to your shopping cart and enter a preferred mailing address. Make sure to have your UnitedHealthcare Harmony member ID ready. Once we process your order, we will ship your device and send you a confirmation email.
Once you receive your device, you will need to pair it within 3 days to your myChart account. If you don’t have a myChart account, you can create one here or we can assist you over the phone: (657) 241-4444. Once paired, you can schedule your visit in the 24/7 Virtual Urgent Care or with select PCPs via myChart (more PCPs are being added regularly!)
