Orlando Hernandez, Fountain Valley
It all began at a job fair in Bristol Park where I was hired as a per-diem front office assistant at the Santa Ana facility. Over the course of my 19 year employment, I worked my way to become a front and back office float, back office paramed, back office internal medicine, appointment center/ record department lead, and front office assistant supervisor. I've learned a lot working with different providers and facilities, building a strong network of colleagues and friends who support my personal and professional growth. I'm now a medical assistant in the podiatry department, where I enjoy helping patients. I look forward to celebrating my 20th anniversary next year and continuing my journey with MemorialCare.
