2018-2019 Class

Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach offer three ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency programs with a total of 7 positions and also a PGY2 in Pharmacy Administration.

PGY1 Residencies

General Practice Residency

This residency provides broad experience in hospital pharmacy practice with an emphasis on clinical practice in both adult and pediatric patient care settings.

Residency with an Emphasis in Pediatrics

The residency provides experience in clinical rotations that closely parallel the general practice residency but with an emphasis in pediatrics.
