Kourosh Parsapour MD is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.
He served on faculty at UC Davis Children's Hospital as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for the past few years. Dr. Parsapour has extensive experience teaching residents, medical students, and ancillary staff.
He has a special interest in telemedicine and has presented numerous presentations at international conferences on the topic. He is exploring telemedicine technology to reduce pediatric health-care disparities and to improve emergency transport practices form non-children's hospitals.
He completed his Pediatric residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and his fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego, California.
He has received numerous teaching and research awards. Dr. Parsapour is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Parsapour is fluent in Farsi and English.
