About Me

Dr. Farshad Bathaee DPM is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. With 14 years of experience, he treats patients of all ages with foot and ankle ailments and has a special interest in reconstructive surgery. While Dr. Bathaee performs office surgery for minor procedures, most of his surgical treatments are performed in an outpatient setting at the hospital.

Dr. Farshad Bathaee was raised in Cary, NC and attended North Carolina State University for both undergraduate and graduate studies. He received his bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics with an emphasis in genetics. Dr. Bathaee continued his education at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he earned his doctorate degree in podiatric medicine. For his post graduate residency, Dr. Bathaee began training at Allegheny University Hospital and then transferred to Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD to continue in foot and ankle surgery. There, he received extensive surgical training through complicated reconstructive surgeries of the foot and ankle.
