About Me

Brandie LaSala, M.D., FAAP, is a Board Certified Pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Bio-Psychology. Dr. LaSala received her medical degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and both her internship and residency were completed at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. LaSala then moved to Philadelphia where she worked at a busy private pediatric practice just outside the city while her husband completed his fellowship. She moved back to Southern California in the summer of 2015 to be closer to family and friends.

Dr. LaSala has special interests in eating disorders and adolescent medicine. She has published articles in two dermatology journals. During residency, Dr. LaSala spent a month in Ecuador on a medical mission managing and caring for young patients after open heart surgery. Dr. LaSala’s interests include playing/watching sports, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
