Low Vision Therapy Program - Laguna Hills

Low Vision Therapy is a program provided by MemorialCare Home Care for patients with central vision loss. The goal of the program is to maximize the patient’s remaining usable vision, enabling them to regain and maintain their independence.

Trained occupational therapists utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment – which is provided in the patient’s home. Patients experience an increase in vision, improved safety, function and independence.

Payment is provided by Medicare or other insurance under the home health benefit.
