This class consists of two segments to help you take charge of your heart health. 

  1. Nutrition Basics: 
    Learn the basics of maximizing your diet to improve your heart health, directly from a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. This class reviews the top 10 diet patterns to protect your heart and reduce the risk of other chronic diseases.
     

  2. Cooking Essentials:
    Learn what is essential for preparing heart-healthy meals from home, and how to choose heart-healthy options when dining out. The class reviews ways to make meal preparation fun and simple and is taught by an experienced Cardiac Rehab Registered Nurse.
