This weekly series of four 75-minute classes offers support for moms with babies 0 to 3 months. The series will be led by qualified professionals, including licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists, marriage and family therapists, infant specialists and more. A wide range of age tailored topics will be covered in a small group setting—up to 12 moms—so those in the same stage of motherhood can connect. Mothers are welcome to attend with or without their babies, but all babies must be 0 to 3 months old.
