Step 1:

Complete the form below to request special paper. Paper may also be picked up from the Todd Cancer Pavilion Lobby.

Please allow up to two weeks for your paper to arrive.

Step 2:

Follow the directions on how to fold your crane.

You are welcome to write prayers and good wishes for MemorialCare Todd Cancer Institute patients and their families before folding.

Step 3:

Mail your crane or drop it in one of our bins in the Todd Cancer Pavilion lobby or the gift shop in the main hospital.
