Ways to Give Tribute Gifts
  Honor the memory of a loved one or a friend, or commend the service or sacrifice of a particular physician, nurse, or hospital staff member. Celebrate an occasion like a birthday or anniversary that has special significance. Make a donation as a get-well wish for someone that has recently fallen ill. Celebrate a birth, an anniversary or a special birthday. Or, establish an annual tribute of remembrance for someone near and dear to you.

Each tribute comes with a special acknowledgement letter that’s mailed to relatives or the person that’s being honored. Your gift is also recognized in one of Saddleback Memorial Foundation’s donor publications.
