From the 405 S / 5 S (to San Diego):
- Merge onto I-5 S.
- Take exit 91 for El Toro Rd.
- Merge onto Paseo De Valencia.

- Turn left at Health Center Dr.
- Turn at the first left to enter the hospital parking area.
