Becoming a Patient/Physician Referral

We welcome any and all questions about how to become a patient at the MemorialCare Cancer Center at Orange Coast. Below you will find some helpful tips and contact information to aid you in this process.

• You can fill out an interest and inquiry form on Contact Us. It will be forwarded to the cancer center team within 24-hours of submission.
• You can call our cancer center telephone number directly at
  (714) 378-7900 for assistance.
• Your primary care physician can call one of our oncologists to make a referral.
• You can check our Health Plans for insurance information or call the phone number on the back of your insurance card to check on your specific coverage needs.
• Most insurance companies will pay for a second opinion. You will need to check with your insurance company to verify this.
