Each year, Orange Coast Memorial employees demonstrate, through philanthropy, that they are passionate about what they do and that they have a personal stake in the level of patient care provided at Orange Coast.
As a result of the 2010 Art of Healing Employee Giving Campaign, 35 percent of Orange Coast Employees have either made an outright gift or payroll deduction pledge. In 2009, employees donated over $110,000.
