Children's Behavioral Neurodevelopmental Team Members
Referrals can be made by primary care physicians, school nurses, regional centers and other children’s agencies.
The Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Center provides services to children with birth defects such as, cleft lip and/or palate and other craniofacial anomalies. The patients are seen by a multidisciplinary team for periodic evaluations and recommendations for ongoing medical and surgical treatment. A team of specialists are involved to meet the individualized needs of each child.

Craniofacial Center Team Members

The High Risk Infant Follow-Up (HRIF) Program provides early intervention services for babies from birth to three years old, who are at risk for developmental problems because of medical conditions or complications surrounding pregnancy or birth. The program provides support for babies and families that fosters optimal developmental outcomes for each child. HRIF is funded through the State of California Children’s Medical Services and is operated through Miller Children’s Hospital’s Stramski Children’s Developmental Center.
