Does your employer have a matched giving program?

Matched giving is a great way to increase the impact of your gift.

A matching gift, is a charitable gift made by a matching donor–an employer, once a donor–an employee, first makes a gift to Memorial Medical Center Foundation. If the company you work for is a matching gift corporation, Long Beach Memorial or Miller Children's will receive your gift plus the matching gift from the company—up to a certain percent.

Through matched giving, a donor increases the value of his or her gift simply by participating in the program. The matching donations made by companies are tax deductible and also create a positive image for the company in the community.
