Cancer Center Receives Coveted ACOS Designation
The American College of Surgeons (ACOS) granted Orange Coast Memorial a three-year Approval with Commendation as a Comprehensive Cancer Center this year. In order to achieve this status, our program met or exceeded all 36 standards assessed by surveyors. Of the 1,347 accredited cancer programs in the country, only 39 percent receive a full three-year approval.
