Dr. Balguma grew up in Southern California and loves being outdoors and staying active. When not relaxing with family and friends, he likes to play basketball, go mountain biking or rock climbing. He believes exercise is a vitally important part of healthy living. He encourages his patients to live an active and balanced lifestyle and he believes his role is to help them do that. |
