Originally from Hacienda Heights California, Dr. Salas-Mann is happy to be back in Southern California. Just call me "Dr. Salas, it's easier" she says. "I've wanted to be a doctor since I was in elementary school. I love babies and children so Pediatrics was a natural choice. I chose to do a second specialty in Internal Medicine, so I could also have the challenges of working with adults and the medical issues they face as they age. Doing two specialties kept me in my internship and residency programs longer than a single specialty physician, but it was worth it."

Dr. Salas is the first physician in her family, but she says, "hopefully not the last!" When not in the office, she enjoys time spent with her family, volunteering at her church, swimming, photography, and watching mystery TV shows and movies.
