Ewa B. Farrelly, MD

Dr. Farrelly wasn't thinking about becoming a physician until her high school guidance counselor suggested medicine as a career path. She feels very lucky to have had the opportunity to study medicine. She loves that family medicine covers such a variety of topics and constantly requires her to be on her toes. She is particularly interested in women's health and weight loss. Her goal in every patient encounter is to work as a team with the patient to achieve and maintain a healthy, happy lifestyle.

Dr. Farrelly was born in Warsaw, Poland, but grew up in San Diego. Though spelled with a "W," her first name is pronounced "Eva"; her last name is pronounced "Fairly," with a silent "E." Outside of work, her interests include photography, running, trivia, and costume design; she self-published a photography book in 2009.
