MemorialCare Medical Group is a physician-based organization established to provide advanced comprehensive, effective and efficient care delivery for patients. Formerly known as Bristol Park Medical Group and Memorial Family Medicine Medical Group - San Clemente, MemorialCare Medical Group includes more than 95 physicians in the areas of internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, geriatric medicine, pulmonology, gastroenterology, neurology, physiatry, sleep medicine and acupuncture.

In addition to multiple locations throughout Orange County, MemorialCare Medical Group offers Urgent Care Centers that are open 365 days a year, Telephone Advice Nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and Lab and X-ray services available on-site at most locations.

Our History

In early 2011, MemorialCare Health System announced that four Southern California physician groups – Bristol Park Medical Group, Memorial Family Medicine Group, Memorial Prompt Care and Family Medicine, and Specialty Physicians of Long Beach – are partnering with MemorialCare Health System as a not-for-profit medical management organization which contracts with physician groups to offer patients comprehensive medical care, also known as a medical foundation. MemorialCare Medical Group provides medical services exclusively for MemorialCare Medical Foundation.

Bristol Park and Memorial Family Medicine - San Clemente officially changed their names to MemorialCare Medical Group to reflect their integration with MemorialCare Health System. The other groups are currently retaining their existing medical group names for the time being.

Our Affiliation with MemorialCare Health System

MemorialCare Health System is a not-for-profit integrated delivery system which includes six top hospitals – Long Beach Memorial, Miller Children's Hospital Long Beach, Community Hospital Long Beach, Orange Coast Memorial and Saddleback Memorial in Laguna Hills and San Clemente; medical groups – MemorialCare Medical Group, Memorial Prompt Care, and Specialty Physicians of Long Beach; an Independent Practice Association (IPA) Greater Newport Physicians; three MemorialCare HealthExpress retail clinics; and numerous outpatient health centers throughout the Southland.
