At the Wound Healing Center, full-service care for Los Angeles County and Orange County is provided in an accessible, outpatient setting and is delivered by a team of dedicated specialists who have more than three decades of experience in managing complex and limb-threatening wounds.

Practicing a multidisciplinary approach, physicians and registered nurses perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of patients, then develop individualized treatment plans incorporating the latest products and therapies. These plans are shared with patients’ primary care or referring physicians who remain active members of the wound healing team. Additionally, clinical case managers follow all patients, ensuring they receive high quality, well-coordinated, cost effective care.

A team of board-certified surgeons, physicians and registered nurses with more than 30 years of experience in wound care oversees all patients treated at the Wound Healing Center. The center’s team also draws upon the many resources of other specialists throughout Long Beach Memorial.
