Infusion Care Pharmacy
Memorial Infusion Care provides a full range of pharmacy therapeutic services for individuals at home or in alternate care settings. This includes intravenous antibiotic, nutritional solutions and pain management as well as enteral therapy. Under the direction of a patient’s referring physician, infusion services are coordinated with a registered nurse case manager with special training and certification. Our pharmacists collaborate with the physician to develop and support a comprehensive care plan designed to achieve an optimal clinical outcome for each patient.

Our program is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, which means it meets the highest standards in the industry.
