Employee GivingAs an employee of Long Beach Memorial or Miller Children's Hospital Long Beach, we are touched everyday by the patients we serve. The quality of health care we provide is our number one priority.
Through the iGive Employee Campaign, your support will help all of us continue the efforts to grow and offer outstanding care to our patients and their families.
Every fall, departments across this campus are invited to participate in the call for 100 percent participation. During the campaign there will be activities that employees can engage in to show their support. Each employee is offered the option of payroll deduction for incremental payments all year long or they can make a one-time gift.
More than 1,500 employees participated in fiscal year 2012 Employee Giving Campaign – a 25 percent increase over the prior year. More than $300,000 will be raised this year from the campaign. Unrestricted funds will go towards purchasing vein viewers for the hospitals.
