These 4 measurements are important biometrics that are proven indicators of risk for major diseases including heart, vascular, hypertension, and diabetes. After a quick prick of the finger, you'll have a private-session consult with a registered nurse to review your results. All this in just 15 minutes or less.

Calorie Needs Assessment
Just breathe in and out, and we will tell you your personal resting metabolic rate. In 10 minutes or less you'll come away with a better understanding of how many calories you actually burn, and what you need to do to lose, maintain or gain weight.

Echocardiogram
An echocardiogram uses sound waves to create a moving picture of your heart. The picture is much more detailed than a plain x-ray image and allows us to see the heart valves as well as blood movement and efficiency of the heart muscle.

Diabetes
People with diabetes are 2 to 4 times more likely to die from heart disease than people without diabetes. Though a finger prick and special A1C test, we can tell you your average blood sugar level over the past 3 months, or we can use a random glucose test to determine your current blood sugar level. Both tests provide important information that help determine your risk for diabetes or pre-diabetes.

Electrocardiogram
An electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) is a test that checks for problems with the electrical activity of your heart. Lay back and relax and our resting EKG will be completed in 5 -10 minutes. The test results will be interpreted and reviewed with you on site by a board certified cardiologist.

Treadmill Stress Test
A treadmill stress test evaluates your heart's response to physical activity. When you work hard or stress your heart muscle, some warning signs of decreased blood flow to the heart muscle can often be detected before leading to something more serious like a heart attack.
