Cooking Demonstrations
Be inspired and motivated by our heart healthy dieticians as they take you on an epicurean adventure to heart healthy foods that are easy to prepare, and that you and your family will love. Enjoy our heart healthy snacks!
Nutrition Consultation
Tell us your typical eating habits by completing a "Rate Your Plate" questionnaire. One of our registered dietitians will give you personalized recommendations to help you modify your eating habits and reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease.
Exercise Demonstrations
Intimidated about starting an exercise program? Let our exercise physiologists talk to you about safe and easy exercises programs and how they can decrease your heart risk. Learn about our Wellness programs, gym memberships and Cardiac Rehab.
Fitness Testing
Exercise physiologists will be on hand to provide basic personalized fitness testing. This will include step tests, grip strength and flexibility. Learn more about your fitness level and strategies to improve.

Body Fat Testing
You know how much you weigh, but how much is muscle and how much isn't? Give us a minute, and we'll tell you what percentage of your weight comes from fat. Use the results as a baseline to track your progress toward a more healthy you.
CARDIAC RISK FACTOR SCREENINGS
Cardiac risk factor screenings, at a minimal charge, can be completed throughout the evening. Screenings will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-registration is not required. Payment will be collected on site.Smoking Cessation
Having trouble kicking the habit? Our pulmonary rehab staff will perform a pulmonary screen and talk to you about the results of your test. Our tobacco smoking cessation counselor will talk to you about effective ways to quit smoking.

These 4 measurements are important biometrics that are proven indicators of risk for major diseases including heart, vascular, hypertension, and diabetes. After a quick prick of the finger, you'll have a private-session consult with a registered nurse to review your results. All this in just 15 minutes or less and no fasting required!

CONVENIENT SCHEDULING OF OTHER HEALTH SERVICES
We can also help you schedule your DEXA bone scan, mammogram, nutrition counseling, comprehensive wellness physical, well-woman exam, immunizations, and help you enroll in our cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab, or diabetes self management program. We'll work with you to get any necessary orders from your doctor.
