Yoga For Patients With Cancer

Held on Tuesdays at 5:15 p.m.
Cost: $5.00 per person/per session payable at beginning of class.

This gentle yoga class, designed for cancer patients and caregivers, is focused on breathing and meditation/gentle yoga poses to help relieve stress and relax muscles. No experience required. Wear comfortable clothing. Please contact Kathy Jurgensen at (949) 279-2356 for more information.

Who Should Attend: Adults

Parking:
Please park in the visitor parking lot adjacent to Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center. The lot is located on the corner of Talbert & Foster. Parking is free. If the event, class or support group meets in a conference room, please come into the main lobby of the hospital. You will be directed down the stairs. Please check the bulletin board located at bottom of the stairs.
