Diabetes Self-Management Training and EducationDescription: This 10-hour course provides ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle and possibly prevent complications from diabetes. It covers the pathophysiology of diabetes, medications, meal planning, acute and chronic complications and blood-glucose monitoring. A physician referral is required.
