Be the Match: Marrow Registry Drive

Description:
Take the first step towards helping save a life by joining the Be The Match Registry™. Open to the public, attendees will be asked to complete a quick consent form and provide a simple cheek swab to determine if they are a compatible donor for a cancer patient in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant. Donors must be between 18 and 60 years of age. Donors with diverse racial or ethnic backgrounds are especially critical, as patients in need of a transplant are most likely to match someone of their own race and ethnicity.

Who Should Attend: Adults

Parking:
Please park in the visitor parking lot adjacent to Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center. The lot is located on the corner of Talbert & Foster. Parking is free. If the event, class or support group meets in a conference room, please come into the main lobby of the hospital. You will be directed down the stairs. Please check the bulletin board located at bottom of the stairs.
